This role combines visual storytelling and content creation, requiring a balance of creative design, product understanding, and analytical thinking to drive customer engagement and sales impact. You get to work directly with the founding team and get exposure to international trade and culture.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and update digital catalogs across multiple formats (PDF, web, and interactive platforms).
- Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly product descriptions, features, and technical content.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to gather product data, specifications, and visuals.
- Ensure content consistency in tone, formatting, and product presentation across all platforms.
- Integrate data-driven insights to improve catalog structure, content clarity, and user experience.
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize catalog design and copy effectiveness.
- Work with design and content tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or CMS platforms to produce polished outputs.
- Maintain up-to-date product information and automate catalog updates using spreadsheets or digital databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital content creation, product marketing, or catalog management.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex product details.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, content management systems, and basic data tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to design, layout, and brand tone.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to refine content and visual strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
