Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern scheduling to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with interviewers, candidates, ensuring the interviews happen on time, scheduling /rescheduling as and when necessary, ensuring the interview happens smoothly and ensuring a smooth interview experience for both parties.

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform daily and weekly reporting activities.
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling of interviews on the platform smoothly.
3. Facilitate smooth onboarding of participants/candidates to the coding platform, resolving any issues promptly.
4. Following up on various levels with clients & candidates through calling.
5. Handle support calls efficiently and provide swift resolutions to ensure a seamless interview experience.
6. Keeping an eye on the live dashboard.

Skills & Requirements:

1. B.tech/computer degree /coding background people preferred
2. Can devote 9 hours a day
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good customer relationship skills

Duration-6 months

Location-Remote

Stipend-8k/- fixed per month

Timings-11 AM to 8PM / 12 NOON TO 9 PM / 3AM TO 12 NOON, 6 days a week
