About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Fresher) to support our influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content production workflows, and be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution
- Coordinate with influencers for onboarding, content timelines, and deliverables
- Track campaign progress, content submissions, and approvals
- Support social media and content production processes (Reels, posts, stories, etc.)
- Maintain campaign data, reports, and internal trackers
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, creators, and partners
- Help with basic quality checks of content as per brand guidelines
- Support day-to-day operational tasks related to campaigns
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Basic knowledge of content formats (Reels, Shorts, static posts, videos)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-ups
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of content production or shoot coordination
- Comfortable using outlook, Docs, and basic tools
