Operations Intern

Must be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including data handling, formulas, reporting, and basic analysis.

Skills Required:

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and detect operational inconsistencies.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data validation, documentation, and process tracking.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and present findings clearly.

Problem-Solving: Capability to identify root causes and recommend practical corrective actions.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple audit schedules and deliver within deadlines.

What will you do

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly process audits across various operational areas including Procurement, Warehouse, Catalogue & Inventory, Payments & Reconciliation, and Logistics.

Review and analyze data from multiple dashboards and Google Sheets to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or process deviations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Catalogue, Accounts, Product, Logistics, Customer Support) to highlight discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.
