About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Founder's Office Intern – Operations who is comfortable communicating in Kannada, to work directly with the founders and support the day-to-day functioning of the company.
This role sits at the center of execution and offers hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing deep-tech startup operates. You will be involved in real business priorities, operational problem-solving, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Assist founders in tracking priorities, timelines, and execution of daily operational tasks
- Coordinate across teams and local vendors (Kannada communication required) to ensure smooth workflow
- Support planning and implementation of internal processes and operational improvements
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain trackers, reports, documentation, and structured data records
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding activities and general employee coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and lab requirements
- Track office inventory, consumables, procurement documentation, and delivery follow-ups
- Help ensure facility operations run smoothly and operational issues are resolved efficiently
- Provide basic support on productivity tools, email setups, and internal systems
- Assist with website or social media execution when required
- Work closely with founders on priority initiatives and execution-driven projects
Who Should Apply- Fluent or comfortable in Kannada (spoken)
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused individuals
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and handling diverse responsibilities
- Strong communication skills (Kannada + basic English preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience or strong internship / project exposure
- Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, or Canva is an advantage
