Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and curious Intern to join our team. You will be integrated into our daily operations, helping us solve real problems while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, learning the ins and outs of our internal systems, and contribute fresh perspectives to our team discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

What you'll work on:

  • Contribute to product development across our student-facing dashboards, mentor marketplace, and research tools
  • Conduct user studies, interviews, and usability tests to uncover student needs
  • Translate insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and content teams to refine user journeys
  • Support UI improvements, micro-interactions, and design systems

1.Operational Support: Assist with daily administrative or technical tasks to ensure smooth team operations and departmental efficiency.

2.Project Contribution: Directly support specific projects and strategic initiatives. You'll see how ideas move from the whiteboard to execution.

3.Collaborative Participation: Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions. You will be responsible for capturing key takeaways (meeting notes) and are encouraged to contribute your own ideas and feedback.

4.Systems & Software: Learn and master our internal software stack (tools like AZURE Google Sheets, Notion) to manage workflows and data.

5.Growth & Prioritization: Manage multiple small-scale tasks simultaneously, learning how to prioritize work based on urgency and impact.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong desire to learn new skills quickly. You don't need to know everything on Day one, but should be ready to dive in.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail when documenting.
  • Comfortable navigating new software and digital tools in the higher education landscape
  • You don't have to be talented. Be confident.

Why Intern With Us

Mentorship: Regular 1-on-1s with experienced professionals to help guide your career path.

Impact: Your work will contribute to real-world projects that affect our customers and team.

Networking: Opportunities to connect with various departments and learn the big picture of how a company operates.

  • Time Commitment: 15 hours per week
  • Location: Remote
  • Stipend: Competitive (as per skill level)

If you're excited about building tools that will shape how students discover and plan their futures, we'd love to connect.
