Operations Intern
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to coordinate with centre SPOCs and ensure smooth execution of assessments across locations.
Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: 25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Batch Management:
- Organize sales teams into structured assessment batches (region-wise/availability-based) to minimize business disruption. Send calendar invites and manage reschedules.
- Candidate Communication:
- Share pre-assessment instructions, Do's & Don'ts guides, reminders, and updates.
- Proctoring & Supervision:
- Monitor live assessment sessions (sample basis) and ensure sessions are recorded for documentation and quality checks.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Provide real-time support to candidates/trainers and manage last-minute changes or candidate reshuffling.
- Attendance Tracking:
- Maintain a live tracker for attendance completed, no-shows, and follow-ups.
- Data & Coordination:
- Collect required documents (brochures, results, participant lists, etc.) from SPOCs.
- Follow up regularly with participants and SPOCs regarding requirements and availability.
