We're now looking for a dynamic Operations Head to help us scale this ecosystem someone who can combine structure with creativity, precision with empathy, and growth with integrity.
Your Role:
You'll oversee and optimize operations across our caf, retail, and supply chain verticals ensuring every process reflects The Fresh Factory's promise of quality, consistency, and excellence.
This is a strategic leadership role that involves:
- Leading day-to-day operations across multiple business units (Caf, StockRoom Retail, Kitchen, Warehouse)
- Designing systems and SOPs that support scalability and operational efficiency
- Working closely with department heads Finance, HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Kitchen to align goals and performance metrics
- Managing budgets, cost efficiency, and vendor partnerships
- Driving accountability, team culture, and continuous improvement
- Supporting new store openings and operational readiness for The Fresh Factory Bangalore and future expansion projects
You Are:
- A seasoned operations leader with 815 years of experience (F&B / Retail / Hospitality preferred)
- Obsessed with clean, structured systems and exceptional customer experience
- A strategic thinker who can execute with precision
- Experienced in multi-unit operations, vendor management, and team leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving brand that values creativity and excellence in equal measure
