Role: Head Operations & Strategy
Location: Chakan (Pune)
Job Description:
- The Operations Head/Industrial Head is responsible for driving overall efficiency, productivity,
and profitability across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management, and PPC.
- This role ensures seamless operations, cost optimization, quality adherence, and strategic
growth by aligning business goals with manufacturing excellence.
- Develop and implement production strategies to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Optimize plant Machinery and equipment availability.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project execution within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
- Engage with vendors, contractors, Customers and stakeholders for smooth
- Work closely with Engineering Team to achieve functional and organization Objectives.
- To work with Engineering Manager to ensure Design accuracy and Quality
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing Industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Must be from MNC
- Must have good exposure in Industrial Engineering & Project Management
