About the role

We're looking for a high-energy Operations & Growth Intern to support daily on-ground operations, customer coordination, and society partnership activations at Beco. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in operations, growth, supply management, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily on-ground operations
• Supply & inventory management
• Regular customer coordination resolving issues and improving experience
• Sales, reporting, lead management & basic data analysis
• Growth initiatives & offline partnerships

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Comfortable with on-field tasks
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Experience in similar setups (previous roles or college projects)
• Interest in operations, consumer services, or startup growth
