Operations & Fulfilment Executive (D2C Jewellery Brand)

Duavaa is a fast-growing D2C jewellery brand focused on premium designs, high-quality craftsmanship, and a seamless customer experience. We sell across India and are expanding into international markets.

We're looking for an Operations & Fulfilment Executive who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build strong fundamentals in e-commerce operations, logistics, and inventory management.

This is a hands-on operations role focused on executing and coordinating Duavaa's day-to-day fulfilment activitiesfrom receiving an order to ensuring it reaches the customer smoothly and on time.

You'll work closely with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently and accurately.

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing from order confirmation to final delivery
• Prepare and hand over daily shipments to delivery partners
• Track shipments and follow up on delays, exceptions, and failed deliveries

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement updates
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
• Flag low-stock items and assist with restocking planning

• Handle day-to-day packaging of orders as per brand standards
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with courier partners
• Ensure packaging accuracy, quality, and consistency

• Prepare and maintain required order documentation (invoices, e-way bills, etc.)
• Ensure correct data entry for GST and logistics compliance
• Maintain basic records and reports for internal tracking

• Respond to customer queries related to order status and deliveries
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues
• Provide timely updates to customers in case of delays

• Assist in improving fulfilment and inventory processes
• Help identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or simplified
• Follow defined SOPs and suggest improvements where needed

• Coordinate with packaging material suppliers for availability and pricing
• Support evaluation of new courier or logistics partners when required

• 13 years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfilment, or e-commerce support
• Basic understanding of order processing, inventory, and courier coordination
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational tools
• Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
