About Us:

Aesthete is a fast growing fashion accessories brand focused on bold, design led products. As we scale, we are looking for a high ownership Operations & Fulfillment Associate who can act as the founder's right hand and manage day to day operations.

Job Location: Ahmedabad

This is primarily a remote position, but may occasionally require visits to the Ahmedabad warehouse, as and when needed for coordination

Experience Required: 1 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment, Logistics & Inventory

• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time

• Track order status end to end, flag delays, and take ownership to resolve them

• Generate invoices and shipping labels

• Coordinate with shipping partners and manage dispatch operations

• Handle NDR cases by calling customers and resolving delivery issues

• Ensure timely delivery and follow up on delays

• Track inventory, manage stock records, and coordinate with suppliers for stock arrivals

• Assist with packing at the warehouse when support is required

2. Customer Communication & Marketing Execution

• Manage customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls

• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and returns

• Execute WhatsApp and email campaigns

• Manage marketing dashboards and send scheduled announcements

• Coordinate with social media team for creatives

• Maintain customer lists and track basic performance

3. Founder's Office & General Operations

• Act as the founder's right hand in managing day to day business operations

• Coordinate across teams including warehouse, suppliers, shipping partners, and marketing

• Step in to support any operational requirement as needed

• Identify gaps in processes and proactively suggest improvements

Must Have Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic Office 365 tools

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in Hindi and English

• Comfortable handling customer and vendor calls

Good to Have

• Prior experience with ecommerce brands

• Experience in fulfillment and operations

• Ability to handle vendor coordination

• Self starter with strong ownership mindset
