Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. As a team member, you will be responsible for executing daily tasks such as data handling, customer support, telemarketing, process improvement, and back-office operations. The role also involves conducting timely communication with clients and ensuring adherence to company standards and processes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and enhancing overall productivity is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and back-office operations
• Experience in Inbound/Outbound Telemarketing, Customer Service, and Order Processing
• Proficiency in Staff Augmentation, Executive Search, and Recruitment processes
• Basic understanding of Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) and related services
• Ability to effectively use technology, including familiarity with AI, automation tools, or CRM software
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Prior experience in BPO operations or staffing-related roles is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
