Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for printers, pasters, installation teams, and other execution vendors across cities
• Coordinate day-to-day execution schedules, ensuring vendors deliver on time and to quality standards
• Track vendor performance, resolve on-ground issues, and escalate where required
• Maintain regular communication cadence with vendors to ensure smooth campaign rollouts

Vendor Onboarding

• Identify and onboard new vendors (printers, pasters, manpower agencies) in existing and new cities
• Standardize the onboarding process — documentation, rate cards, agreements, and background checks
• Build and maintain a verified, ready-to-deploy vendor database with city-wise coverage and specialization
• Negotiate pricing and terms with new and existing vendors

Permissions & Compliance

• Manage municipal, RTO, or local body permissions required for outdoor/transit advertising installations
• Track permission timelines, renewals, and documentation across cities to avoid campaign delays
• Liaise with local authorities/agents to secure necessary approvals for site installations
• Maintain a compliance tracker ensuring all active campaigns have valid permissions in place

General Operations

• Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, permission documents, and compliance status
• Report on vendor performance, onboarding pipeline, and permission status to management
• Support cost optimization by identifying reliable, competitively priced vendors across regions

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, field operations, or execution roles 

• Comfortable working late nights (installations typically post 10 PM) 

• Strong execution and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently on ground 

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint 

• Attention to detail and operational discipline 

Must Have:

• Willingness to travel within the city as required 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in outdoor advertising, vehicle branding, or media execution 

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
