Our client, an American multinational consumer products company is looking to engage with a DT Operations Executive to support their modern trade and eB2B growth initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Key Account Manager in driving Modern Trade growth and execution excellence across eB2B platforms.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and ensure a +5% increase in CP penetration across key eB2B customers.
- Manage joint business planning (JBP) and develop scorecards for top customers like Udaan, Jumbotail, and BigBasket to monitor performance and trigger business actions.
- Share monthly promotional grids, process customer claims efficiently, and ensure alignment on the 6Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, and Performance).
- Analyze offtake data (KVI/NKVI, Focus brands vs. IDT) and recommend actions to optimize assortment and brand performance.
- Ensure 95%+ execution compliance for OSA and assets, and coordinate with CS&L to maintain stock availability and improve PO turnaround time.
Skills Required
- FMCG Industry Experience: Prior exposure to modern trade, B2B channels, and account management in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency: Strong data handling, analysis, and presentation skills to support reporting and business planning.
- Logical Reasoning & Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret offtake data, customer scorecards, and identify actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for internal coordination and external partner engagement.
- Understanding of Modern Trade & eB2B: Knowledge of platforms like Udaan, Jumbotail, and BB; familiarity with sales, promotions, and channel dynamics.
- Fluency in English & Hindi: Marathi is an added advantage for regional communication.
