- Organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods across multiple warehouses
- Planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations
- Directing, optimizing, and coordinating the complete order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters, and other relevant parties
- Working responsibly to manage the overall supply chain operations
- Acting as a liaison between the client and the onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
- Providing timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
- Coordinating daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
- Assisting with documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
- Maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
