About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, logistics coordination, documentation, and cross-functional activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
• Manage transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
• Assist in improving operational processes and implementing standard procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Handle logistics-related queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Prepare regular operational reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Operations/Logistics.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
