Role Overview
This is a high-intensity operations role focused on ensuring every order is packed fast, accurately, and consistently before it leaves the kitchen. You will be the last quality checkpoint before the food reaches the customer.

Key Responsibilities
Order Packaging & Dispatch
- Ensure all orders are packed within defined TAT (target time)
- Verify order accuracy (items, quantities, special instructions)
- Maintain a zero-error dispatch mindset
Packaging Quality Control
- Ensure leak-proof, spill-proof, and tamper-proof packaging
- Maintain consistency in branding, labeling, and presentation
- Reject substandard packaging immediately
Speed & Efficiency
- Work closely with kitchen team to reduce packaging delays
- Optimize workflows to handle peak-hour load (lunch/dinner rush)
- Maintain high throughput without compromising quality
Inventory Management
- Track packaging material usage (boxes, containers, cutlery, etc.)
- Ensure no stock-outs during peak hours
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Coordination with Delivery Team
- Sync with riders/dispatch team for quick handoff
- Ensure minimal idle time for delivery partners
Hygiene & Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure packaging station is always clean and organized
