Major activities include working on customer's staffing portal for existing and open positions, validation of positions based on companies skill availability, proposal of best fit resources, coordinate to get profiles updates done from resources, uploading resource profiles, interview coordination, background verification and resource onboarding.
· Support customer specific month end compliances and periodical audit compliances
· Work coordination among delivery, talent acquisition and resource management teams.
· This role requires expertise in staffing processes and the ability to maintain accurate staffing system data while monitoring key performance indicators. If you have extensive experience in staffing and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
· Maintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in Demand and Headcount
· Provide timely updates and call out next steps to stakeholders
· Maintain the hygiene of the internal staffing systems and do daily validation of the current status
· Monitor and report Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3+ years of hands-on experience in staffing and using staffing processes and tools· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Knowledge of IT Skills including SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, Project and Delivery Management and it's roles and responsibilities
· Experience in handling difficult negotiations and escalations
· Being responsive, resourceful, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency
