Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing from Shopify / OMS
- Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch, delivery, RTOs, and reverse pickups
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Handle return, replacement, and refund coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement
- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for timely dispatch
- Monitor SLA adherence and report delays or operational gaps
- Maintain operational reports (orders, RTO%, returns, delays)
- Support SOP creation and process improvement initiatives.
