Operations Executive

Honey and Spice India is a boutique company based in Bengaluru, India, inspired by the harmonious lives of bees and traditional honey harvesting practices of indigenous tribes. From humble beginnings selling honey at flea markets, the company is now a passionate venture involved in working with farmers and forest tribes across India. By collaborating with diverse communities, Honey and Spice India strives to preserve biodiversity, support traditional practices, and promote sustainability. The team comprises talented individuals with varied expertise, managing product development, e-commerce, sales, accounting, and design.

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing workflows, and ensuring efficient execution of processes. The role involves coordinating with various teams, streamlining operations management, analyzing operational challenges, and fostering effective communication to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Operations, Operations Management, and Analytical Skills to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the various aspects of business management.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant operational functions is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
