Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Operations to support key healthcare operations, including E-PAC management, hospital equipment onboarding, healthcare product sales, and fitness program coordination. The role involves collaborating with hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes, accurate reporting, and timely stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis and performance monitoring to drive operational efficiency, support business growth, and enhance overall patient and partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and track E-PAC (Electronic Pre-Anaesthetic Checklist) completion, ensuring timely
documentation and coordination with hospitals and clinical teams for seamless patient readiness.
● Drive healthcare product sales and business development initiatives by building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners while supporting lead generation and customer onboarding.
● Coordinate hospital equipment onboarding and implementation, including deployment planning, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and training support.
● Monitor patient fitness and wellness programs by maintaining daily fitness reports, ensuring data
accuracy, and collaborating with nutritionists and care teams.
● Analyze operational data and performance metrics through dashboard management, KPI tracking, trend analysis, and providing actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
