Job Title: Executive - Doctor Network

Location: Sector - 14, Gurugram

Experience: 0 - 1 Year

Working Days: 6 (Rotational week-off)

Qualifications: Any Graduate (Healthcare background is preferred)

Position Overview:

HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive Doctor Network to manage doctor operations, recruitment, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, attracting high-quality doctors who are passionate about making a difference.

Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening top talent to shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring seamless offer negotiations.

Support doctors through their hiring journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process as they step into roles where they can truly impact patient care.

Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.

Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.

Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.

Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.

Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
