The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Executive who can keep dispatch schedules and delivery records accurate under daily pressure. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Operations Executive, you will coordinate dispatch and delivery data across the network, keeping records clean for the reporting team downstream.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks — data entry, order processing, and coordination with vendors or field teams
• Track daily and weekly operational metrics and flag exceptions to the team lead
• Maintain accurate records across the operational systems the team relies on

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate between internal teams to keep tasks moving without delays
• Support process rollouts by testing new workflows before they go live team-wide
• Escalate recurring issues with clear context so they get fixed at the root

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years in an operations, coordination, or administrative execution role
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and at least one operational or CRM-style tool
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage several small tasks at once without dropping any
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
