Job Description

Salary: 40,000/month (depending on experience in this field)

Duration: full-time, 6 days a week.

Location: Sarita Vihar ,New Delhi, with travel

The Role

You'll be the right hand to the Chairman Trustee : supporting calendar management, attending meetings, drafting outreach and fundraising emails, coordinating field visits, and helping lay groundwork for new projects. This is a high- impact, fast-paced role with exposure to how NGOs operate.

What You'll Do

Executive Support: Shadow the chairman, manage calendar, arrange meetings, take notes, follow up.

Communications: Draft outreach and fundraising emails; support grant documentation.

Groundwork: Coordinate logistics for new projects; visit sites; meet partners and beneficiaries.

Field Visits: Travel with Chairman to Bihar, Jharkhand, and other locations.

Admin & Documentation: Social media, data entry, records, spreadsheets.

We're Looking For

• Punctual 9am start is mandatory, 6 days a week.

• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable drafting professional emails

• Punctual and reliable – we need consistency

• Interested in inclusive education, disability, or social impact

• Comfortable with Excel and basic office tools

• Willing to travel; able to take initiative and suggest ideas
