The brand has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Executive who can keep order processing accurate as daily volumes climb. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Operations Executive, you will process orders, track fulfilment status, and flag delays before they become customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks — data entry, order processing, and coordination with vendors or field teams
• Track daily and weekly operational metrics and flag exceptions to the team lead
• Maintain accurate records across the operational systems the team relies on

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate between internal teams to keep tasks moving without delays
• Support process rollouts by testing new workflows before they go live team-wide
• Escalate recurring issues with clear context so they get fixed at the root

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years in an operations, coordination, or administrative execution role
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and at least one operational or CRM-style tool
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage several small tasks at once without dropping any
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
