We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with data, processes, and customer interactions while collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams.

• Own and manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline tracking.

• Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions, follow-ups, and notes are updated accurately.

• Coordinate daily sales scrums and assist in pipeline review meetings.

• Support customer onboarding and track product adoption and usage.

• Monitor customer engagement, identify potential churn risks, and proactively escalate concerns to the relevant teams.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM tools.

• Quick learner with a proactive mindset.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.

• Internship experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Business Development is an advantage.
