This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Kharadi, Pune District. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including implementing and optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless execution of company strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing workflows for efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of organizational excellence and client satisfaction.

Detailed Job Description

  • Mutual Fund operations — End-to-end processing of purchases, redemptions, SIPs, switches, and STP/SWP instructions via NSE NMF platforms
  • Back-office coordination — Handling client onboarding (KYC/KYC updates), account maintenance, and servicing via MFCentral, CAMS & KFintech portals
  • PMS & AIF support — Assisting with documentation, account opening, reporting, and coordination with PMS/AIF providers
  • Insurance & Loans — Supporting policy servicing, renewals, and coordination with insurance companies; assisting with loan application follow-ups
  • Tax filing support — Collating capital gains statements, interest certificates, and other documents; liaising with clients during tax season
  • Client communication — Responding to client queries, sharing transaction confirmations, account statements, and portfolio reports in a timely manner
  • Compliance & record-keeping — Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring regulatory documentation is complete and up-to-date
