As an Operations Executive in the gaming industry, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting various operational functions within our company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute key processes and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for gaming.
Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Coordination of Pillar-level reporting, including monthly release communications and fortnightly flash reports.
- Production and maintenance of Quarterly Pillar Sync data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to gather, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources, presenting it in a clear, high-quality format.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes, simplify workflows, and reduce effort for the Gaming Leadership Team.
- Ability to balance operational consistency with innovation in task management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address operational issues.
- Sends timely reminders and updates to stakeholders to drive accountability and progress.
- Maintains and updates central document repositories, ensuring information is current and easy to access.
