Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to manage patient coordination, telecalling operations, CRM management, and hospital operations. Candidates must have prior hospital experience and strong communication and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
  • Convert inquiries into appointments / admissions
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services
  • Follow up with patients for consultations and procedures
  • Maintain call records and update CRM system

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Telugu preferred)
  • Experience in hospital telecalling
  • Patient handling and counselling skills
  • Telecalling Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor telecalling team performance
  • Track daily calling targets and conversions
  • Train and guide telecallers
  • Prepare performance reports
  • Coordinate with management for campaign planning

  • Leadership and team handling skills
  • Experience in hospital call center operations
  • Target-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hospital CRM software
  • Maintain patient database and follow-up schedules
