Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Convert inquiries into appointments / admissions
- Provide accurate information about hospital services
- Follow up with patients for consultations and procedures
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Telugu preferred)
- Experience in hospital telecalling
- Patient handling and counselling skills
- Telecalling Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor telecalling team performance
- Track daily calling targets and conversions
- Train and guide telecallers
- Prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with management for campaign planning
