Job Description
Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, facilities and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on rectification works.
- Maintain inventory for emergency preparedness exercises.
- Supervise cleaning contractors and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services.
- Conduct operational inspections and address feedback.
- Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required.
- Provide security control at the school foyer during school days and events.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager/Assistant Manager and School Leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school operations.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
