School Operations Executive x1

Salary: $2,800-$3,300/month
Contract Duration: 12 months, subject to extension for up to 12 months
Contract Period: Dec 2026 - Nov 2027
Working Hours: Mon-Thu, 7:00am-4:00pm Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
Working Days: Monday-Friday occasional weekends and gazetted public holidays may be required

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in school operations.
Physically fit and able to perform hands-on operational duties.
Able to multitask and manage various operational matters.
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities and common areas.
Conduct inspections, identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
Maintain inventory for emergency preparedness exercises.
Supervise cleaning contractors and monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services.
Address operational feedback and follow up on maintenance issues.
Perform minor repairs within the premises when required.
Support security control during school days and events.
Perform other operational duties as assigned.
