Job Description

Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

Experience: 4-5years experience from Service Centre background

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • To send all connection vehicle report and prealert to Hub
    • To send daily c/bags report
    • To send unconnected report
    • To send hold shipment report which is on hold for data URL
    • To send before and after cut-off shipment report to hub
    • To follow up and timely reporting on exceptional cases and reduce the same
    • To send information to shipper and concern customer service in case of damage and lost
    • To check all the possibilities to finding the shipment at origin
    • To send bagging details to hub to finding the c/bag if missing
    • To follow up with staffs and shipper for maintain the p/u cut off time
    • To Release the vehicle on time to hub for next transit connection as per TAT
