Job Description

The role of an operations executive is an extremely important role in our organisation, since it is the pillar between our clients, logistics and kitchen team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
  • Manage daily operations, including overseeing the kitchen team, delivery team, customer service team, and logistics.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and communication among all teams to provide the best possible service to our customers.
2. Inventory Management:
  • Manage inventory, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Forecast inventory requirements, place orders, and verify receipts against orders.
  • Work with various platforms like Zomato Hyperpure, Metro, Amazon, and local vendors for inventory procurement.
  • Find the best vendors for quality, rates, and payment terms.
  • Maintain organized records of bills and payments to vendors.
3. Recipe Costing and Development:
  • Work closely with the team to cost out recipes, ensuring appropriate pricing to meet financial goals.
  • Assist in developing and testing new recipes, maintaining high standards of quality and taste.
4. Delivery Coordination:
  • Coordinate deliveries using platforms like Porter, Icarry, and others, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Sync delivery schedules with the kitchen team and customers.
5. Kitchen Safety and Hygiene:
  • Develop and implement processes and protocols for kitchen safety and hygiene.
  • Train team members in food safety and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Culinary or hospitality degree or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility with working hours and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to teamwork.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with checklists.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and recipe costing.
  • Basic understanding of Kannada and English.
  • Comfortable with smartphone operations and navigating Bangalore s geography.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • This is an on-site role, not wfh
  • This role has a 6 day work week with 1 weekday off
  • This role gets 12 casual leaves + 1 birthday leave + 4 national holidays + 12 wfhs
