Operations Executive

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and timely execution
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials/services
• Handle vendor management, including onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management
• Monitor and manage order processing lifecycle (order receipt to delivery fulfillment)
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal availability and minimal wastage
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including storage, dispatch, and logistics
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or internal teams
• Prepare and analyze operational reports (inventory, orders, procurement, etc.)
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for cost and efficiency optimization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and logistics
