Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive (Vendor Coordination) to manage vendor relationships, ensure timely supply of goods/services, and support smooth operational processes. The role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and operational records.
- Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Operations (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
