Profile: Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Align and coordinate customer calls within the department.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales and service team.
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Assist the sales and service team all over.
Requirements

2. Solid written and verbal communication skills.

3. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

4. Excellent organizational skills.

5. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Bachelor's degree (freshers are welcome).
