Overview
The Operations Executive supports the admissions and counselling workflow by managing form submissions, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with the CRM/Sales teams. The role is detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on ensuring smooth backend operations during NEET-UG counselling cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized student records, including documents and application forms.
- Track and update document status for each student.
- Follow up with students to collect any pending documents required for the admission form-filling process.
- Complete and submit students admission forms across various counselling portals.
- Research and update data on medical colleges, fee structures, seat matrices, and cutoffs.
- Compile and calculate cutoff-related data using Excel and maintain accuracy across datasets.
- Assist the CRM team by handling incoming calls and student queries during peak activity periods.
- Support the Sales and CRM teams with documentation, data preparation, and coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and reports for internal use.
- Ensure timely execution of operational tasks aligned with counselling timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling.
- Ability to understand and interpret counselling rules, cutoffs, and college datasets.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with CRM, Sales, and Counsellors.
Salary
20,000 to 25,000 per month
