Job Title: Operations Executive (Advisor Engagement Manager)

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

The Operations Executive (Advisor Engagement Manager) will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with advisors, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and providing necessary operational and business support.

This role serves as a bridge between the company, Advisors, and Area Sales Managers (ASM), driving engagement, business growth, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Support & Relationship Management

  • Connect regularly with advisors to understand and resolve any issues or challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for advisor-related escalations and support requirements.
  • Assist advisors with operational, technical, or process-related queries promptly and effectively.

Business Development & Engagement

  • Reach out to advisors to obtain business and encourage consistent engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Motivate advisors to achieve business goals and improve productivity.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track ASM (Area Sales Manager) activities and ensure timely updates in LSQ (Lead Status Queue).
  • Audit the calls and reports updated by ASMs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contact advisors to collect feedback and validate interactions recorded by ASMs.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and advisor networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and LSQ systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • 12 years of experience in Customer Support / Advisor Relations / Sales Support / Operations.
  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Channel Management preferred.
  • Languages: English & Hindi (preferred).
