Supporting Actions

Sales Performance Tracking

  • Maintain dailyLead TrackersandF2F Meeting Trackerscomparing targets versus actual achievements for AM/AAM (Area Managers/Assistant Area Managers)
  • Monitor No Zero Day performance to ensure consistent daily sales activity across the team.
  • Update business performance metrics twice daily at the Zone and AM/AAM levels.

Product & Portfolio Management:

  • Generate daily reports forLending Products(logins vs. disbursements) andBroking Account MIS.
  • Provide a daily summary ofInsurance Policiesand premium amounts collected.
  • DRA and Account Opening reports on an FTD, MTD, and YTD basis.

Team Activation & Hiring:

  • Monitor internal contest updates andappreciation Mail sent to high performance

Compliance, Field Verification and Stakeholder Reporting:

  • Deliver comprehensivePartner-wisereports(YTD/MTD) to senior management.
  • Provide real-time updates on lead status.
