Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximise account value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions, seamless service, and successful project outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, expectations, and deliverables.
- Resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and smooth execution across functions.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships while maintaining accurate records of communications, agreements, and commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, coaching stakeholders on new initiatives, and recommending product and operational optimisations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, or a related business function.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and enterprise-level projects.
- Prior exposure to the legal, financial services, insurance, or other professional services sectors is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership, including CXOs and business heads.
- Willingness to travel across India to meet clients, partners, and stakeholders as required.
- Self-driven, resilient, and proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
