Job Description

Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

Sales Performance Tracking

Maintain daily Lead Trackers and F2F Meeting Trackers comparing targets versus actual achievements for AM/AAM (Area Managers/Assistant Area Managers)
Monitor No Zero Day performance to ensure consistent daily sales activity across the team.
Update business performance metrics twice daily at the Zone and AM/AAM levels.

Product & Portfolio Management

Generate daily reports for Lending Products (logins vs. disbursements) and Broking Account MIS.
Provide a daily summary of Insurance Policies and premium amounts collected.
DRA and Account Opening reports on an FTD, MTD, and YTD basis.

Team Activation & Hiring

Monitor internal contest updates and appreciation Mail sent to high performance

Compliance, Field Verification And Stakeholder Reporting

Deliver comprehensive Partner-wisereports (YTD/MTD) to senior management.
Provide real-time updates on lead status.
