Role Description

We are hiring an Accounts, HR & Administration Executive to manage key finance, compliance, people, and office operations for a growing50-member pan-India team.

This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to leadership. You will play a critical part in keeping the organization efficient, disciplined, and well-structured across day-to-day operations.

More importantly, this role is built for growth. As the company scales, the right candidate will have the opportunity to help build separate Accounts, HR, and Administration functions, hire team members under each vertical, and eventually manage those teams.

This role also carries ESOP potential for the right long-term contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally
  • Handle reconciliations, banking coordination, payables, receivables, and ledger scrutiny
  • Manage GST, TDS, PF, and ESI related processes
  • Prepare payroll inputs, compute incentives, and support compliance and audit documentation
  • Assist with ESOP and capital-raising related coordination where required

HR

  • Support hiring coordination, candidate due diligence, and onboarding
  • Draft offer letters, relieving letters, termination letters, and related employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance, punch-in/punch-out reports, leave records, and employee files
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support people-process discipline

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee office administration, cleanliness, supplies, vendor coordination, and daily discipline
  • Manage gifting, internal follow-ups, records, trackers, and day-to-day office functioning
  • Act as a key coordination point across management, employees, and support functions

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, HR Operations, Administration, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Tally is mandatory
  • Experience with GST, TDS, payroll inputs, PF, ESI, and incentive computation
  • Experience drafting employee letters and handling HR documentation
  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Ambitious candidates looking for long-term growth and leadership opportunity will be strongly preferred
