Account executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance and a strong understanding of financial processes. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Resolve discrepancies and provide support during audits.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
