Job Title: Infra Managed Service Specialist

Role Description:

Provides advanced Linux patching and troubleshooting expertise, handling complex technical issues and driving resolution of critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Linux patching and remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical patching failures and OS issues.
• Perform RCA for recurring patching and infrastructure issues.
• Develop automation/scripts to improve patching efficiency.
• Guide junior team members and support technical escalations.
  
  

Technical Experience:

• Strong experience in RHEL/Linux administration and patching.
• Expertise in Red Hat Satellite, Ansible and patch management tools.
• Strong knowledge of OS troubleshooting, repositories, packages and dependencies.
• Experience with automation, scripting and vulnerability remediation.
