As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security frameworks.
- Experience with incident response and threat management.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies for monitoring and analysis.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and provide actionable insights.
