As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitoring system performance, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all services meet the established standards and expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
