Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Operations & Marketing Manager to lead the Arch Point Wellness vertical at Arch Point. This role requires a strong blend of operations management, marketing strategy, and visual communication skills, especially expertise in Canva and presentation creation for branding, client pitches, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the wellness center ensuring seamless service delivery
- Manage staff coordination, vendor management, and scheduling
- Ensure high standards of client experience, hygiene, and service quality
- Develop and implement SOPs for efficient operations
- Handle client feedback and resolve escalations effectively
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
- Create visually appealing creatives, marketing collaterals, and social media content using Canva
- Manage digital platforms (Instagram, website, ads, etc.)
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
Presentation & Content Development (Key Focus Area)
- Design high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, and proposals using Canva / PowerPoint
- Create brochures, wellness packages, and marketing kits
- Develop content for presentations aligned with brand positioning
- Support leadership team with professional and impactful presentation materials
Sales & Client Engagement
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, and conversions
- Create customized wellness packages and proposals
- Build long-term client relationships and drive retention
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 36 years of experience in operations, marketing, or business roles
- Strong expertise in Canva, PowerPoint, and presentation design (mandatory)
- Good understanding of digital marketing & branding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- MBA in Marketing / Operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of social media content strategy and branding
