We are a specialized travel consultancy focusing exclusively on premium business class international air travel. We manage complex itineraries for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle our post-booking operations and client support.

The Role

You will manage the booking from the moment the sale is closed until the client completes their trip. Your focus is Quality Assurance, Fulfillment, and Customer Support. You are the bridge between our clients and the airlines, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of every booking to verify names, dates, sectors, and flight details before finalization.
  • Airline Liaison: Call and coordinate with airlines to manage seat selection, meal preferences, and special assistance requests.
  • Post-Sale Management: Proactively monitor bookings for schedule changes or cancellations and manage the re-accommodation process.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their itinerary, handling queries professionally and promptly.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client details and booking information in our internal database.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in travel operations, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory for communicating with global airlines and premium clients.
  • Tech Setup: Must possess a reliable laptop, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a working phone connection.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in itineraries immediately.
