Job Summary:
We are hiring aStore Operations & Franchise Sales Executiveresponsible fordaily salon operations, staff management, service & product sales, andsupporting franchise sales activities. This role requires astrong sales mindset, operational discipline, and the ability to represent the brand professionally to potential franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:1 Salon Sales & Operations (Primary Daily)
- Handle walk-in customers and ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell services and grooming products
- Increase average bill value and customer satisfaction
- Open and close salon on time
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and readiness of tools
- Monitor AC, inverter, geyser, lighting, music system
- Manage towels, aprons, and daily consumables
2 Staff Management
- Manage attendance, punctuality, and discipline
- Allocate daily duties and break timings
- Ensure staff grooming, uniform, and behaviour
- Handle basic staff issues on the floor
3 Inventory & Stock Control
- Track daily usage of products and consumables
- Prevent wastage and misuse
- Raise stock requirements in advance
4 Franchise Sales & Lead Handling (CRITICAL)
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online franchise enquiries
- Explain DUDECUT franchise model, investment, and operations
- Share basic franchise details and brochures
- Coordinate franchise meetings with the owner
- Follow up with potential franchise leads
- Maintain a simple lead tracker (Google Sheet / CRM)
- Support site visits and local franchise discussions
This role does not require closing high-value deals alone, but first-level pitching, follow-ups, and coordination is mandatory.
5 Reporting & Coordination
- Daily reporting of:
- Store sales
- Footfall
- Issues
- Weekly update on:
- Franchise leads
- Follow-ups
- Coordinate with owner, accounts, and vendors
Required Skills & Profile:
- Experience inretail / salon / franchise sales / customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Sales-oriented mindset (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable talking to business-minded customers
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Comfortable using tablet-based billing software
- Willingness to travel locally for franchise discussions

- 910 hours per day
- Weekly off (rotational)
- Peak hours & franchise meetings required
